Tournament reentry:
If a player loses in round 1 or both rounds 1 and 2, then a player may wish to reenter the tournament with 1/2 point byes. A player may reenter with a 1/2 point bye for $5.00 after losing in round 1 or for $10.00 after losing both rounds 1 and 2. Actually, if a player loses his 2nd round game after reentering with a 1/2 point bye for round 1, then he may reenter a 2nd time with two half point byes for an additional $5.00. Any requests to reenter must be done before the start of round 3.

Format:
Four Round Swiss , (4SS)
Time Control : Game in 60 minutes with a
5 second increment (G/60;+5). Boards and sets
will be provided. No clocks will be provided.
Please bring your own digital clock.
Playing Up:
Your current rating must be within 100 points or less of the section
that you want to play up into. There is a $5 fee for playing up.
Check in and registration until 8:45 am.
Rounds start at: 9:00 am - 11:30 am - 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Time Control : G/60;+5
Byes : 1/2 point byes are available in all four rounds (max 2).
Requesting a zero bye late in the tournament is
considered the same as withdrawing.
Increment capable digital clocks are preferred.
For this time control, all the digital clocks should be
set for 60 minutes with a 5 second increment.

Open (2000 and Up), Class A (1800-1999), Class B (1600-1799),
Class C (1400 - 1599) , Class D (1200-1399), Under 1200 (100-1199)
Entry Fee:
$40 before Wednesday, March 29th, 2023
$45 on Friday, March 31st, 2023
$50 on Saturday, April 1st, 2023

You can renew your USCF membership at the site. Your official April
rating will be used for the Swiss pairings and the prizes.
